Q.
What is Online learning?
A. In its simplest form, online learning is accessing the
Internet, reading the computer screen, and sending assignments
in to be graded. NWTC offers content, communication with the

A. Not necessarily, there are many different learning styles.

they are doing the work.
Q. How long do I have to finish
an online class?
A. Your end date for you class is listed on your student study sheet. In

more detail on timelines and due dates. Please contact your instructor
with any questions.

on campus to take an online class?
A. Some do, most don't. Some classes require students to
take tests in a proctored situation. The selection of the

are offered online?
A. This will vary from semester to semester. To get an up-to-date
listing of available classes, visit our web

A. Every class has an instructor who facilitates the class.
The instructor is responsible for student/teacher and student/student
discussion, answer student questions, and review and correct
student tests and assignments.

information / content in an online class that another student
