| Q. What is Interactive
Television (ITV)?
A. A modern telecommunications system that allows students
to take classes from selected locations or right in their
own community. An ITV class is just like a traditional class
in structure except, the instructor and students may be
in four different locations. All locations will see and
hear each other at the same time and be able to interact
continually throughout the class time. Photos

Q. Which location is
closest to me? What locations are available for my class?

Q. How will I know if
the class is running?
A. Class cancellations will be determined by the division
one week before the first day of class.
Q. Can I have my location
be a receive site?
A. Although this is not routinely done, we may be able to
make adjustments to the location schedule. Contact Anne

Q. When do ITV classes start?
A. Start times and dates vary. Reference the ITV semester
list for the current semester or check out the class Schedule
for future dates.
Q. How do I get textbooks?
A. Textbooks may be picked up at any NWTC campus bookstore.
If you are not near a campus location, books can be ordered
from the Green Bay campus bookstore (call 920-498-5407 or
1-800-422-NWTC, ext. 5407) and mailed directly to you for
a small handling fee.
