NWTC Staff

Procedures:

  • Instructor folders are placed in instructor mailboxes on the first session. Folders include the class roster, attendance sheet and course agreement. Please sign the course agreement and return to the coordinator mailbox or support staff the first session. Upon completion of the course, please return the folder with completed paperwork (grade and attendance) to the coordinator (mailbox).
  • Updated class rosters can be requested from coordinator or support staff.
  • Please keep accurate attendance records.
  • Clerical support is available for typing and copying needs - please allow sufficient time for staff to complete - clerical request forms are available in the mailroom.
  • If after two class sessions (credit courses only) a student has not showed, please inform the coordinator.
  • Class time is specified and meets for the duration of that time. For any date/time changes, please obtain prior approval from the Regional Coordinator or Dean to ensure rooms are available.

Sturgeon Bay Campus

Procedures:

  1. Pick up your folder from the evening receptionist prior to each class and return it after each class.
  2. Class time is specified. Classes meet for the duration of the specified time. Date or time changes need prior approval.
  3. Keeping accurate attendance records of students is the responsibility of the instructor.
