Grants, Loans, and Work Study
The NWTC College Catalog lists the types of financial aid available through grants as well as loans and work-study employment. To determine whether or not you qualify for these forms of financial assistance, you must apply through www.fafsa.ed.gov, or the NWTC Financial Aid office. Any questions that you may have regarding the financial aid process should be directed to the NWTC Financial Aid office at (920) 498-5444. All students are encouraged to apply for aid through the Financial Aid Office. Many scholarship applications from other organizations require attachment of your Financial Aid Award letter.
Local, regional and national organizations
Many other organizations also provide scholarship funding to NWTC students. Last year such organizations funded over $150,000 in scholarship assistance to NWTC students. Each organization administers their own individual scholarship program with separate applications and varying application deadlines. The NWTC Educational Foundation office has information regarding how to contact these organizations directly for their specific scholarship application packets.
