This is an exciting and challenging career involving the use of highly sophisticated equipment to create X-rays – anatomical images that are used by physicians to diagnose disease.
Radiographers have direct patient contact in clinic and hospital settings and are valuable members of the primary health-care team.

Our Mission:
The mission of the Radiological Technology Program at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College is to provide the medical community with entry-level Radiologic Technologists competent to perform diagnostic medical radiography. Consistent with the institutional mission, the program is committed to the development of the student’s educational and professional growth. The program integrates both general and technical education to ensure that graduates can meet the multiple demands of rapidly changing technology in the medical field.
